Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong experience in financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliances for a listed entity. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory adherence, and supporting management with timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Handle group consolidation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS

Prepare and review quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports for listed entities

Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, ROC, and other regulatory requirements

Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants

Manage audit closures, review audit observations, and implement corrective actions

Oversee financial disclosures, notes to accounts, and board-level reporting

Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory filings

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management for financial matters

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Mandatory experience working with a listed company

Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, consolidation, and SEBI regulations

Experience in handling audits and regulatory authorities

Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
