- Manage the 24x7 monitoring of infrastructure and application performance, performing regular health checks to ensure IT services availability
- Oversee IT planned maintenance activities by controlling alert blackout requests, and ensuring adherence to approved change or release windows by implementors for minimized, controlled impact on IT services and infrastructure.
- Alert all relevant internal and external stakeholders for any critical/high severity alerts, and engage IT Incident Management for immediate and prompt restoration of IT services.
- Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.

- Experience Range 0-2 Yrs, Bachelors Degree in Information Technology ,Telecommunications from an accredited university
