Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in bringing-up and validating SoCs.
- 10 years of experience in bringing-up high-speed serial or parallel interfaces (e.g., PCIe, UCIe, DDR, HBM, Ethernet, etc).
- 5 years of experience in people management, developing employees.
- Experience in analyzing board schematics and working with scopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.
- 3 years of experience in leading a post-silicon validation team.
- Experience in programming/scripting in C, C++, Python, Perl, or TCL.
- Experience co-working with firmware/software teams to debug issues.
- Experience in using emulation or prototyping platforms.
- Understanding of SoC architecture and interfaces (e.g., AXI, DDR, PCIe, etc.).
