Job Summary
Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join the team to support US federal corporate income tax compliance and provision processes. The ideal candidate will have US federal corporate income tax experience as well as practical experience in supporting ASC 740 income tax accounting for a US headquartered organization. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Tax Reporting and Compliance and is a key contributor to US tax operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Federal income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments using compliance software.
Support the quarterly and annual US GAAP foreign tax provision process (ASC740), including the preparation of calculations and supporting workpapers.
