Key Responsibilities: ● Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of medical device products and their applications. Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and advancements in medical technology. ● Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions. ● Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, hospitals, and administrative staff. Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use and perks of our products. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively. ● Field Work and Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.



Collect and analyze feedback from field activities to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction. ● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing, research and development, and customer service teams to align strategies and share insights. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies. ● Documentation and Planning Campaigns: Need to document your observation and market research from which you have to develop promotional campaigns, budget preparation, execution and ROI analysis.
