We’re looking for a Brand & Web Designer to shape how Fireflies shows up across product and marketing. You have strong visual taste, care deeply about how things look and feel, understand what makes someone stop, read, and engage, and can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visuals.

You’ll be directly responsible for how Fireflies is marketed and understood.



This means taking our features and capabilities and turning them into ads, storyboards, and videos that people can instantly grasp. You’ll work closely with the team to shape how we present new launches, simplify complex ideas, and make sure everything we put out feels clear, engaging, and on brand.

What You'll Work On:
- Digital Ads: Design performance-focused assets for paid channels like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. These need to stop the scroll and communicate value instantly.
- Storyboards: Create visual assets and scenes for launch and explainer videos. This includes product visuals, UI moments, and simple narrative flows.
- Emails: Design newsletter banners, feature announcements, and promotional visuals that feel clear and lightweight, not crowded.
- Landing Pages: Design new pages with solid hero visuals, section graphics, and product-focused illustrations that reinforce the message.
