Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Owner (TPO) Trainee to join our product and technology team. This prospect is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong technical background and an interest in product management, business analysis, and software development lifecycle processes.

As a TPO Trainee, you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, define product features, manage user stories,



and support the successful delivery of software products. This role provides hands-on exposure to product planning, Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and technology-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and product requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Support the creation and management of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track feature development progress and help ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Assist in product testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
