We are looking for an Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to help drive digital transformation and operational excellence across LSG – Global GSCC Business Excellence. In this role, you will design, build, and scale intelligent automation and/or AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality across the business. You will work at the intersection of business and technology—partnering with stakeholders across regions to translate complex business challenges into practical, secure, and scalable digital solutions. Your work will focus on maximizing the value of existing enterprise platforms while delivering secure, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

What you will do:
- Design, develop,



and maintain scalable automation and AI solutions that address business requirements and operational challenges.
- Build dashboards, applications, APIs, and monitoring tools using platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python among others.
- Leverage existing enterprise platforms, licenses, and low-code tools to deliver cost-efficient, standardized solutions.
- Test, debug, and continuously improve automation workflows to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across regions to align solutions with enterprise standards and enable global deployment when applicable.
- Document technical solutions into transparent documentation, including system architectures, development standards, and solution guidelines to ensure long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer.
