This executive must thrive in high-growth environments and have actively contributed to building high-performance, early-stage teams. Having a player-coach management style for the team in India would be crucial to this role.
This individual must be a part of scaling a rapidly growing business with multiple buyer/user personas, across the mid-market segment globally (including USA, UK, India, Europe,



ANZ markets). The role will require the individual to establish a performance-based culture while infusing an appropriate level of process and prioritization.
This individual will have a strong appreciation for an outcome-oriented approach, deeply understand human psyche, customer needs & behavior, own and manage the strategies and execution around events, ensuring high conversion rates, and pipeline creation.
The leader will guide team members to help them achieve their individual and team goals and act as a career coach to assist them in reaching their career aspirations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, customer marketing, sales, to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives, analyze data to make informed decisions, and ultimately be accountable for the team's performance.
