Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who knows the healthcare and pharma advertising space from the inside and is ready to build for it. You understand how pharma brands and their agencies plan, buy, and measure media — reaching both providers (HCP) and patients (DTC) — and you know why a tightly regulated setting changes how you build. This is not a generalist role: you'll bring real healthcare-advertising experience and turn it into a product. You take ownership end-to-end and measure success by customer outcomes, not features shipped.

Your Mandate :
Based in Ahmedabad, you'll own and grow healthcare product — the experience pharma and healthcare advertisers get on our platform, across both providers (HCP) and patients. You will collaborate across products, engineering, and data science to ensure healthcare is built as a core, first-class pillar of our global platform.

Responsibilities:
● Own the healthcare product roadmap as a solution layer — HCP targeting and activation, patient-journey data, and healthcare-specific measurement.




● Define and drive requirements for HCP audience segmentation, health identity workflows, patient-data integration, and data partnerships — translating real pharma needs into buildable specs.
● Build for the regulated reality — designing features with HIPAA, FDA promotional rules, and health-privacy constraints in mind, in partnership with the right internal and external stakeholders.
● Optimize for the KPIs that matter to pharma — HCP reach and frequency, patient-journey analytics, and campaign performance.
● Bring AI into the core of the healthcare experience — designing intelligent, AI-first features that raise what the platform can do for healthcare advertisers.
● Partner deeply with Engineering and Data Science to design the data ingestion, identity resolution, and measurement pipelines healthcare requires.
