This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion to expand our presence in multiple cities across the country, together unlocking 15-minute rapid charging thru our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station).

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Network Support / SOPs:
- Managing field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting in office issues in your designated territory.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management.

EV Power Liaison:
- Coordinate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) and their representative in case of issues with EV Power supply for charging stations
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:




- Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams.
- Single Point of Contact:
- Serve as the central point of contact in your territory for your local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.

About the Candidate:
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in managing service operations within industries associated with EV Charging stations or Cell towers
