· Gathering job requirements from job portal/website, analyze the requirements, coordination with clients, deal commercials with clients or candidates, responsible for placements
· acquire new clients at regular intervals for potential placements as per target set by Management
· End to End recruitment process – both IT & Non IT (BPO /KPO) - Bulk hiring/Volume Hiring on Drives/ Walk-in Drives / Campus Drives/ Field recruitment/Internal Ref / Head hunting to sources etc.
· Sourcing the profiles through various Job portals (Naukri,Monster, Times, Indeed,LinkedIn,social media etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
· Identifying right candidates with required Skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description.
· Validate the profile of the candidates by matching them with the requirements
· Interacting with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
· Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
· Taking the first round of HR interview (Telephonic or F2F) in order to judge the candidates suitability, attitude, academic & qualified qualification, experience, communication skills etc.
· Coordination with client HR and candidates for interviews.
· Get updates regarding joining formalities
