1. Financial Reporting:
- Overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing the accounting team, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance (direct & indirect taxes) with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare financial forecasts to support decision-making.

3. Financial Management:
- Review day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

4. Tax Compliance:
- Review the GST, TDS & Tax compliances and returns with statutes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

5. Cash Management:




- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.

6. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

7. Financial Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Assess the financial feasibility of current projects and initiatives.

8. Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

9. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, vendors and customers.
