As we venture into the next generation of AI tools, we are on the lookout for a Director of Technology to steer our technological ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
- Drive the company's technological vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the development and management of our MEAN & MERN stack, setting future direction and ensuring consistent advancements.

AI and Machine Learning:
- Lead AI initiatives, driving the integration of technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and reinforcement learning into our platforms.
- Harness LLMs like ChatGPT or Llama, ensuring Medvarsity remains at the vanguard of edtech transformations.

Product Development:
- Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to translate product vision into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.




- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance.

Software Development:
- Lead a energetic team of developers, setting best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high standards of software quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technological trends and incorporate new technologies as required.

Infrastructure Management:
- Manage our Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Champion the use of open-source technologies within the organization, making sure they are used to their fullest potential.

Experience:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Mastery over our tech stack: MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel, DevOps, and familiarity with AI platforms like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
