Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Design Projects: Oversee product design projects for Brand's customer app, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers
- Conduct UX Research: Stay close to user preferences by conducting UX research and draw actionable insights to drive business outcomes
- Guide UX Designers: Collaborate with and guide UX designers on best practices, ensuring timely delivery of all projects
- Facilitate Collaboration: Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration
- Monitor & Adapt:
Monitor the impact of design decisions on users' behavior, record findings, and incorporate learnings into future work to maximize impact
- Manage Design System: Work closely with the Visual Designer, UI Designer, and Tech team to manage the Design System
Must have Skills:
- Mobile Experience: Extensive experience delivering product features on Android and iOS applications
- Business Impact Understanding: Robust understanding of how design impacts business
- Tool Proficiency: Figma
