Job Title: Safety Officer

Department: EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

Location: Apollo

Experience: 2â5 Years preferred

Qualification: Diploma / Degree

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections at plant/site locations.
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by employees and workers.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, and compliance documents.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate fire safety drills and emergency response activities.
- Support EHS audits and inspections.





Requirements
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Familiarity with safety permits, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- HIRA Knowledge
