A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provide expert technical training and education to employees, sales teams, and customers to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic's Structural Heart products and to support improved patient care.
- Deliver technical support through troubleshooting, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance.
- Support sales efforts by supplying technical data, conducting presentations, and assisting with customer engagement.
- Act as a liaison between sales, technical teams, and healthcare professionals to strengthen relationships and ensure seamless communication.
- Identify performance opportunities and barriers within the district and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive improvement.
- Offer product performance feedback to R&D;,



marketing, and education teams to support future enhancements of Medtronic's Structural Heart products.
- Promote the full product portfolio and advocate for company solutions across customer sites.
- Support clinical research (pre-market, post-market, external) at active clinical centers in coordination with clinical field teams.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a qualified discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
