The Network Specialist role will support the performance, stability, and technical support of the organisation’s network infrastructure. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing cutting-edge network technology solutions to ensure the network meets both current and future needs. Key accountabilities include maximising network uptime, managing incidents, supporting business units to minimise downtime, and providing technical expertise in resolving infrastructure issues. The position acts as the primary escalation point for third parties regarding network support, generates network designs for IT projects, and ensures operations are managed within established service levels. The role requires a strategic focus on improving network performance and operational efficiency, collaborating closely with IT stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality technical support to maximise productivity and availability across the business.
