Job Description
F5 is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Workday Integrations Engineer to join our Employee Experience (EX) team. In this role, you will be a key expert in designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable integrations for our Workday HCM system, primarily supporting People and Payroll functions. You will be responsible for leveraging the full suite of Workday integration tools, including Studio and the Workday Extend platform, to ensure seamless data flow across our enterprise landscape.



This role is instrumental in enhancing our employee experience by delivering reliable, up-to-date, and automated HRIS solutions.
Responsibilities
Workday Integration Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Workday integrations using a variety of tools, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Connectors, Report as a Service (RaaS), and Orchestrate.
HRIS Integration Focus: Serve as the technical expert for all Workday integrations with internal systems (e.g., downstream payroll, benefits providers, identity management) and external vendors, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Workday Extend & AI: Drive the development of custom applications and intelligent solutions on the Workday Extend platform, incorporating AI/ML capabilities and intelligent agents to automate and enhance HR and Employee Experience processes.
