Job Description:

Achieve targeted sales of PU Foam to Industries and OEMs of automobiles, appliances AC&R; and more

Identify prospects and add customers for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Accountability :
- Implement a sales plan to achieve RCV targets in Technical Foam Segment.
- Follow up with existing customers for orders, payments, and statutory forms.
- Prospect & identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Actively follow current industry trends, market and competitors activities, consolidate information, and submit details.
- Survey markets for potential clients at regular intervals, identify current customers or new foam applications.
- Visit existing customers to strengthen the relationship
- Ensure timely end-customer complaint redressal.
- Ensure that payments are received timely from the customers.
- Ensure compliance with Statutory requirements of Sales tax and other Govt bodies such as “C” forms, etc.
- Develop successor for Business Continuity.

Candidate Profile:



Sales engineers having 2-4 years experience in OEM, Industrial Sales,Project Sales, technical Sales ,B2B

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech Any

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: 3-5 LPA
