ROLE SUMMARY
A detail-oriented QA/Test Analyst with experience in the Loan Origination System (LOS) domain, responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of applications through both manual and automation testing. The role involves validating end-to-end loan workflows, building and maintaining automated test scripts, performing API and data validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

Operations & Transactional
- Validate end-to-end transaction flows across LOS, including login, KYC, credit evaluation, approval,



and disbursement stages
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of loan processing transactions across different products (BL, LAP, HL, etc.)
- Perform testing on real-time data transactions and batch processing flows
- Verify data integrity between systems (LOS, BRE, third-party integrations like Finbox/Finnone)
- Validate document workflows, including upload, verification, OCR outputs, and document mapping
- Test disbursement processes, including amount calculation, beneficiary validation, and account transfers
- Validate exception handling and deviation workflows (e.g., RCU bypass, approval deviations)
- Ensure correct functioning of dedupe logic, customer identification, and re-submission scenarios
- Test API-based transactional flows and ensure proper request-response handling
- Validate operational reports (MIS) for accuracy and completeness of transactional data
- Ensure proper testing of user roles, permissions, and operati
