Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant - ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work extensively on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using widgets, UI scripts, and client scripts.
- Implement and support ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, and integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards are followed during development.




- Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.

Requirements
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
- Hands-on experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript).
- Experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Positive knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript.
- Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
