Reporting to Director/Promoter, the Plant Head will be responsible for:
- Production/Manufacturing Operations
- Production and Production Planning
- Oversee Purchase and Material planning
- Oversee Quality Control
- Oversee Tool & Die making, Welding and Forging Operations
- Oversee Paint Shop
- Oversee Service Delivery Operations
- Coordinate and support to Business team & Finance to meet annual goal Ensure robust planning of material, MSQ and with in limit -per month
- Issue Project Schedule as per TAT to team & clients and meet the schedule dates as per date given.
- Estimation within in time as per pricing policy and Estimation without errors in orgadata
- Operation as per Budget - Initiate improvement in efficiency , productivity and quality in all areas.
- Team Hiring, Training, Handholding , Motivation & Retention
- Submit competitor analysis report monthly and Estimation report - SM wise , Login wise
- Submission of complete "Cost vs Productivity Report" every month
