How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable services and distributed systems that support Konovo’s AI-enabled healthcare insights platform
- Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to engineering best practices
- Partner with the LITE (LLM Innovation & Technology Engineering) team and cross-functional product squads to integrate emerging AI capabilities into core systems
- Lead technical design discussions, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability across services
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements, map and ensure technical feasibility
