Lead Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Orchestration modules.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using MID Servers, APIs, and other standard protocols.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop and implement effective ITOM solutions.
- Work closely with ITSM, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure accurate CMDB data and service mapping.
- Automate operational processes using workflows and orchestration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Discovery patterns, event integrations, and performance.
- Follow best practices and maintain documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Participate in client discussions, technical workshops,



and provide expert-level inputs on ITOM strategy and implementation.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Robust expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with MID Server setup and troubleshooting.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure components like servers, databases, applications, network devices, and cloud services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or related certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
