Operate as a Workday HCM Developer supporting Workday HCM, with primary responsibility for the Benefits module.Execute day-to-day configuration, testing, and maintenance activities for Huron’s Workday Benefits module,



contributing to annual initiatives, M&A; activities, and ongoing ad-hoc work under established guidance.Support the Benefits Product Owner in stakeholder coordination and take an active role in configuring, testing, and deploying Huron’s annual Open Enrollment process.Troubleshoot Workday system issues and partner with end users and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents, with a specific focus on supporting and coordinating Benefits Events. Partner with Workday Product leads (HCM Core, and BEN SME’s) to translate business needs into Workday business process solutions and provide operational support where needed during specific cycles throughout the year. Apply Workday Reporting and Calculated Field expertise to help design, maintain, and troubleshoot Custom Reports in Workday. Support testing and implementation of Workday releases.
