Reporting to Plant Head you will be responsible for HR Operations at the factory level.

Responsibilities will include :

Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Manpower Planning
- Ceating Job Profiles in line with Functional heads
- Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant and corporate office requirements
- Design, develop, and Roll out employee development programs
- Manage talent through effective selection, focused induction, innovative development, smooth transitions, and exits.

Organization Development
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Track changes in the organization hierarchy and update the roles and responsibilities as and when the need arises
- Managing employee engagement
- Performance Management System




- Training and Development
- Workforce Management &wage; administration
- Manage the promotions and reporting structures of the senior and mid-level leadership
- Apprise leadership of the changes in the market with respect to compensation, attrition, governmental policies, and competition

Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM -HR (Full time) from a reputed institute with 5-10 Years experience in Plant HR/IR in a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company.
