Job Title: Spacecraft Mission Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Spacecraft Mission Design Engineer to develop mission design and operation plans based on stakeholder requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in spacecraft development, simulation modelling, and mission feasibility assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive mission design and operation plans to support ongoing project development.
- Work on spacecraft development, fabrication, and system integration.
- Develop, verify, and validate spacecraft simulation models.
- Conduct quick feasibility assessments of spacecraft missions for different scenarios and architectures.
- Develop mission design algorithms and analyse spacecraft performance.
- Apply knowledge of commercial spacecraft operations to mission planning.
- Design spacecraft trajectories using orbital mechanics and numerical methods.




- Perform mission design and orbit simulations using analysis tools such as GMAT, STK, or custom software.
- Utilize programming languages like Python, MATLAB, and C++ for simulation and analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Aerospace, Astronautical, or Space Science Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in relevant or related work.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in orbital mechanics and spacecraft trajectory design.
- Proficiency in mission design and orbit simulation tools (GMAT, STK, or custom software).
- Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, and C++.
- Familiarity with spacecraft mission planning and operational analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in system-level spacecraft design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with satellite mission planning and execution.
- Understanding of space environment effects on mission design.
