- Order Management & Update Business & Sales Funnel Management
- Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, Proforma invoices, and other required documents.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales and delivery records, and provide financial information to the accounts department.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics.
- Sales team Data Management
- Review and Generate an order for an invoice
- Outstanding management by coordinating the sales team
- Customer relationship management & Customer query handling
- Support sales head for team operations
- Provide administrative assistance and support to sales teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed university/college/institute.
- Practical experience of minimum 1- 3 years in operations/sales coordination or related profile Salary : 3-3.6 PLA
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and Documentation skills.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory
