Job Overview
We are looking for Benefits Operations Specialists to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits across multiple countries. This role focuses on accurate execution, timely resolution of benefits queries, and close coordination with Payroll, HR, and external benefits vendors.
As a Benefits Ops Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring employees receive the right perks on time, while maintaining compliance and a high-quality employee experience.

What You’ll Do
Benefits Administration
- Execute end-to-end benefits operations including onboarding, enrollments, changes, renewals, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee benefits records across HR and benefits systems.
- Support annual renewals and open enrollment cycles.

Employee & Customer Support
- Respond to benefits-related queries from employees, customers, and internal teams.
- Explain benefits coverage, eligibility, and processes in a clear and timely manner.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior ops or benefits leadership.

Payroll & Vendor Coordination




- Coordinate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, and reporting.
- Work closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs to resolve operational issues.
- Track vendor turnaround times and follow up on pending actions.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure benefits administration aligns with local statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support audits and data requests when required.

Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Track basic operational metrics such as ticket volumes, resolution time, and error rates.
- Contribute to knowledge bases and internal documentation.
