1. Responsible for key industrial areas of Bangalore to drive sales of mechanical components such as bearings and linear motion guides
2. Identify potential clients in these areas and make sales calls
3. Generate enquiries and convert to sales to achieve set monthly or quarterly targets
4. Administering lead generation, tracking information on new projects/opportunities, matching available opportunities in the market with company product portfolio and presenting the same as a profitable business solution
5. Identify potential decision makers in key clients and make sales presentations or pitches
6. Identify upcoming projects with existing customers to push components at the design stage
7. Lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion
8. Presentation of product and company in a favorable manner via email/phone/website
9. Enter data in the CRM system for daily activate update; pursue given quotes or leads and track targets

The purpose of the role is to implement the Sales and Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth and Sales targets of Rollmann raising the level of Customer experience and Market expansion for Rollman
Skills:
1. Sales and marketing experience of 2-3 years in mechanical components/industrial products with a brand or with an authorised distributor/dealer in Bangalore
2. Previous experience in industrial components is preferred
3. Basic mechanical engineering knowledge learnt in BE Mech or Diploma Mech
4. Proven ability to drive sales
5. Past experience in working with CRMs or generating sales reports or lead management
6. Knowledge of key industrial areas (Requirement)
7. Own two wheeler (Requirement)
