What success looks like in this role:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, correlations, and hidden relationships that aren't immediately obvious
- Translate raw data patterns into actionable business insights and clear recommendations
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions and frame analyses that directly address them
- Validate data quality and integrity, and flag anomalies or inconsistencies before they reach decision-makers
- Participate in system designs from a data pipeline standpoint.

Storytelling & Executive Communication
- Craft compelling, narrative-driven presentations that make complex data intuitive for non-technical audiences
- Present findings and recommendations directly to Vice President and senior leadership audiences
- Tailor the depth and framing of insights based on the audience — from detailed analyst reviews to concise executive summaries
- Anticipate leadership questions and proactively build supporting detail into analyses and decks

Dashboarding & CRM Analytics




- Define and own the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the global Field Services organization, proactively identifying operational inefficiencies to drive cost reduction (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
- Partner with Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to translate corporate strategy into data-backed operational roadmaps driving measurable business outcomes through CRM Analytics insights and reporting.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually transparent, and tailored to the decision-making needs of different stakeholder groups
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards as business needs and data sources evolve
