Qualification :- B.P.Ed or B.sc/M.sc Sports Coaching or MBA in Sports Management, with at least 7 years of experience in the field of physical education and sports coaching and having computer skills. Experience of having played at State/University/National level will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities: Asst.Director Sports, Shirpur & Dhule
1. To work in close coordination with the Central sports Committee and Director Sports, providing assistance in performing administrative and supervisory duties including training and coaching employees, planning, assigning, and directing work and disciplining coaches, addressing complaints, resolving problems, and assumes the Director Sports responsibilities in his absence.
2. To supervise, implement and monitor PE & sports programs in SVKM's Schools and further report to Director Sports on regular basis.
3. Develop Physical Education and Sports training programme and practices schedules leading to high- quality outcomes for all students within.

To take responsibility for maximizing the learning in Physical education and sports, besides ensuring that all students gain encouragement and opportunities to participate to the best of their ability in school sports.
5. To supervise the training program as well as, operating, and scheduling Sports coaches corresponding to an organization program.
6. Plan and coordinate all administrative duties, using systems and processes relevant to the SVKМ central sports committee.
7. Monitor inventory of sports equipments and the purchasing of current material with attention to budgetary constraints.
8. Uphold and extend skills and knowledge in the field of sport and physical education
9. Responsible to organize various school level sporting events, inter-class, inter-house competitions and summer camp within the institution program.
