Job Description
We are looking for a strategic engineering leader to serve as the Head of Engineering and Site lead for our India Engineering Center. This critical role involves building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, collaborating with global stakeholders,
and driving the delivery of innovative products and platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the India center’s contributions to the company’s success while being a trusted partner to the executive leadership team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and leading large teams (50+ engineers/managers) in agile and fast-paced environments
- Significant experience in building products, platforms, and engineering teams at scale.
- Prior experience working in/with US-based companies and managing globally distributed teams.
- Ability to influence and build trust with executives, peers, and team members across geographies.
- Skilled at aligning technical initiatives with business objectives, with a strong focus on delivering impact.
