Role Overview :

We are seeking a qualified Veterinary Doctors (BVSc / MVSc) to lead Technical Services – Dairy Care & Animal Nutrition. The role involves farmer and channel engagement programs, technical support on cattle health, and promoting best practices in dairy management to enhance productivity and strengthen customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to farmers, veterinarians, and dealers on cattle nutrition & health.
- Conduct dairy health camps, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing for product demonstrations and trials.
- Train dealers, distributors, and field staff on animal nutrition and product application.
- Diagnose livestock health & productivity issues, offering practical, science-backed solutions.
- Document and share field insights with R&D; and management for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all technical advisory and communication follows regulatory compliance.

Candidate Profile :




- Mandatory Qualification: BVSc & AH / MVSc (Animal Nutrition, Dairy Science, Veterinary Science).
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in technical services, animal nutrition, or dairy animal care.
- Proven ability in farmer engagement, training programs, and technical advisory.
- Robust knowledge of cattle feeding, dairy herd management, and disease prevention.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab and other regions.
