Position: Information Desk Staff

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome passengers as they enter the airport
- Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services
- Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
- Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized information desk area
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on airport policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to passengers




- Respond to emergency situations and follow proper protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Knowledge of airport operations and services is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
