Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Civil Engineer specializing in HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current)
systems to join our organization in Gurugram, India. In this leadership role, you will oversee the civil engineering aspects of HVDC transmission projects, directing a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine robust technical expertise with strategic vision and decisive project management capabilities.
- Lead and manage civil engineering teams on HVDC transmission line projects, from design through construction and commissioning
- Develop comprehensive civil design solutions for HVDC infrastructure, including tower foundations, cable routes, and substation layouts
- Analyze project requirements and technical specifications to ensure compliance with Indian power sector standards and international best practices
