Role Summary

Global T&A; Product expert who will lead the country design and requirements into T&A; product solutions globally.

Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate the BBN/Clone of T&A; system with configuration and data for the DPS conveyed employee globally.
- Provide subject matter expertise on T&A; product capabilities.
- Adjust the cloned T&A; to changes in policies and procedures.
- Signoff on DPS Business Blueprint and SDLC documents.
- Be a trusted partner (consult role) to other workstreams in the program – PM, Service Delivery, Process, Compliance, Automation, Data Governance, Integrations, Testing, Training, Change & Communication, Conversion, Cutover, Hypercare.
- Lead test scenarios creation for UAT, E2E testing, support parallel testing.
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance on integrations and infrastructure.
- Help define employee/manager experience through portal and mobile solutions.

Skills
- Deep expertise and experience in WFS T&A; solutions implementation and steady-state support.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll,



and Finance integrations.
- Understanding of country laws/regulations and prevailing T&A; payroll practices globally.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
- Robust analytical thinking, data mining, and hands-on experience with systems and tools (Excel, Access, DB, T&A; middleware).
- Technical root cause analysis and solutioning based on system capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.

Key Interactions
- Vendor/ADP – Product requirements, product configuration, features, limitations, mitigations, and product roadmap.
- Process Workstream – Assist in designing future-state processes.
- Service Delivery – Understand payroll services model in North America and incorporate into requirements.
- PM – Interact on pressure tests, RAID logs, and status reporting.
- Testing – Create E2E scenarios, script creation,
