Key Responsibilities:
- Crop Management: Collaborate with farmers to select suitable crops for specific regions, considering factors like climate, soil conditions, and market demand. - Soil Analysis and Management: Conduct soil tests to assess nutrient levels, pH, and other soil properties.

- Pest and Disease Control: Identify and diagnose plant diseases, pests, and weeds. Recommend integrated pest management strategies, including the use of biological controls and appropriate chemical applications when necessary.
- Sustainable Practices: Promote and implement sustainable agricultural practices, such as crop rotation, cover cropping, precision farming, and water conservation methods, to enhance productivity while minimizing environmental impact.
