• • Lead end to end application delivery for enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Define, design, and implement enterprise architecture and database architecture aligned with business needs.
• Oversee development teams and ensure high quality, timely delivery of application releases.
• Drive Cloud Native or Hybrid development strategies and implement best practices across CI/CD, DevOps, and SecOps.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models and capabilities within digital platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced development partners where required.
• Continuously improve delivery processes, methodologies, and engineering practices.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to build a high performance delivery culture.
