Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share of Industrial Brands and Starlite Mattress on sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
- Establish effective relationship with Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationship with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with marketing department for branding / publicity support at local level.
- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of channel are settled within time.
- Establish effective relationships with all Service departments.
- Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions
PROFITABILITY GROWTH
- Prepare territory plan for Comfort Foam & Starlite Mattress.
- Facilitate ZDs/ Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales target.
- Prospect Institutions and convert them into Customers.
- Help in implementation & adherence to national procedures & policies.
- Update HOD on competitor's activities..
KPI:
- Metric Tonnes and RCV
- Impact of Schemes
- No. of prospects visited
- No. of new business opportunities added.
- Lapses in providing competitor's update.
MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION
- Implement BTL activities in assigned territory.
- Implement plans for expansion and management of dealers.
- Current dealer's appointment.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:-
- Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
- Ensure timely complaint redressal.
- No. of dealers / ZD/ AD's visited.
- Complaint resolution time
COLLECTIONS
- Ensure that payments are received timely from ZDs / ADs / Dealers Credit days
