ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end hiring function for Druva India. This is a player-coach role — you will be hands-on across requisitions while leading and developing a team of recruiters.



You will partner closely with senior business leaders across engineering and non-engineering functions to design and execute hiring strategies that support Druva's growth agenda.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition specialists — comprising engineering, non-engineering, and TA operations functions.
- Set explicit performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as a player-coach — managing your own portfolio of requisitions while guiding the team on best practices and process discipline.

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from intake and job design through sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
- Partner with Engineering and Business leaders to understand hiring priorities,
