- Generate detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
Zoho People Management:
- Oversee employee life-cycle management using Zoho People.
- Manage employee data, attendance, leave policies, and performance tracking for both types of employees (blue-collar and white-collar).
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across departments.
- Zoho Hourly & Shifts Management:
- Administer and track Zoho Hourly to manage hourly-based workers and their respective shifts.
- Implement and optimize shift management for operations teams (blue-collar workers) using Zoho Shifts.
- Ensure correct shift planning to optimize productivity and manage overtime.
- Zoho Expenses Management:
- Oversee Zoho Expenses management to track employee reimbursements and other work-related expenses.
- Ensure adherence to company expense policies for both white-collar and blue-collar staff.
- Approve and audit expense claims for accuracy and compliance.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, particularly concerning the renewable energy industry.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements (compensation, perks, compliance).
- Review and enforce company policies related to employee attendance, payroll, and other operational aspects.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate HR reports using Zoho analytics tools to track key HR metrics like attrition rates, attendance trends, payroll costs, and leave management.
