Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and analytically-minded Financial Controller to join our organization in Chennai, India. In this pivotal leadership role, you will partner closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence strategic decision-making across the organization.

- Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance activities in accordance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and local regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making by senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management functions, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency
- Manage and optimize financial processes and internal controls, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
