The Regional Head – Retail & Projects will be responsible for driving regional revenue, market expansion and channel performance across both retail and institutional/project sales. This is a senior leadership role that combines business strategy, sales excellence and people management.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead and scale retail and project sales across the assigned region
- Build and manage dealer, distributor and project partner networks
- Drive regional revenue, market share and profitability
- Develop and execute regional sales and channel strategies
- Track market trends, customer preferences and competitor movements
- Manage key accounts including developers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure solid CRM discipline for opportunity tracking and forecasting
- Build and lead high-performing sales and operations teams

Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within fenestration, construction materials, windows & doors, façade, building products or allied industries
- Strong understanding of retail, dealer and project sales models




- Proven track record of delivering regional revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, channel management and negotiation
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior and competition
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
