About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and work closely with clients, design, development, QA, and product teams to deliver successful products.

? What Youâll Do

⢠Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into functional/technical specifications.

⢠Define end-to-end product flows, user journeys, and business processes.

⢠Create Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups, Mind Maps, BRD, FSD & SRS.

⢠Conduct Gap Analysis, feasibility studies, and change/Delta documentation.

⢠Identify and report risks, dependencies, and gaps during documentation and testing.

⢠Work closely with Clients, UI/UX, Development, QA & Technical teams.

⢠Stay updated with the latest Mobile/Web UI/UX, Design & Navigation trends.

⢠Act as a consultant and recommend innovative solutions to client business needs.

? Mandatory Skills





â Expert in Wireframes / Balsamiq / Mockups / Mind Maps

â Strong understanding of Mobile & Web UI/UX, Design & Navigation

â Strong knowledge of BRD, FSD, SRS & Business Process Flows

â Expertise in Requirement Gathering & Gap Analysis

â Ability to identify and report key risks during documentation & testing

â Excellent communication, presentation & analytical skills

? Valuable to Have

â­ Healthcare domain experience

â­ Experience with ZOHO platforms/products

â­ Product Management / Product Ownership experience

â­ Understanding of Agile/Scrum & SDLC

â­ Basic understanding of APIs, integrations & databases
