Role Summary:
The Director of Events will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of all resort events—from wellness retreats and corporate immersions to intimate celebrations and community activations. This role demands creative leadership, operational precision, and a deep understanding of wellness-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage an annual events calendar aligned with the resort’s wellness ethos

Lead a team to plan and execute bespoke events with excellence and grace

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, F&B;, spa, and guest services teams

Curate immersive, wellness-centric event themes that differentiate our brand

Oversee event budgets, vendor relations, and post-event evaluations

Establish relationships with wellness practitioners, thought leaders, and potential partners

Ensure every event upholds the resort’s commitment to holistic hospitality
Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years in event planning/management, preferably within luxury resorts or wellness hospitality
