Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making across multiple clients and our internal leadership team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM, including creating workflows, setting up deal stages, building dashboards, and customizing reports.
- Conduct data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business data.
- Leverage SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from different databases.
- Create and maintain complex Excel models, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA for automation.
