Job Summary

We are looking to hire numerous candidates for the post of accountants whether they are freshers or experienced, who can provide day-to-day administrative support to our clients of different businesses and in different areas of Ranchi. The candidates must know Accounts. Candidates applying for the role should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams /clients at the same time. Any sort of experience with tally software and an understanding of excellent accounting is highly valued. Ideally, the candidate should be able to both administer daily sales activities and brainstorm cutting-edge ideas to improve our client business. The Candidate should drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and retrieve accounts-related documents.
- Update internal databases with account information.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the Account Management team.
- Conduct research on prospective clients.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service.
- Communicate client's feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
- Perform market and competitive research.

HIRING PROCESS ( PAY ONLY Rs 260.00 FOR FIRST 50 CANDIDATES )
. After completing the five steps interview process, the candidate should be charged Rs.500/- as a registration charge.
- A total of Rs 6000.00 plus G st will be charged by the candidate as a consultancy and placement fee including registration charge.
- The candidates have to pay a balance of Rs.5500,00 in 3 easy installments. The company will provide one month (or as required) training, especially for the freshers.
- The candidates have to pay Rs.1500.00 during the training period and the balance of Rs.4000.00 will be adjusted in two consecutive salary months.

In the case of experienced candidates
