- Minimum 5-15 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations (coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the application.
- Good Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Service Portal.
- Experience in Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS workplace Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other such technologies.
- Good Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
- Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
- Understand the full application lifecycle
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and CIS ITSM/Discovery
